JOB DETAILS
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES : 1) To understand the product quality requirements; dimensional, cosmetically and functionality. 2) To be competent in using designated measurement types of equipment and gauges (eg: X-Ray, Spectrometer, and CMM) based on department attached. 3) To understand and ensure that the quality inspection of the product performs correctly using the correct method and equipment. 4) Conduct product quality inspection according to the Process Control Plan and ensure all inspection result is recorded and kept properly. 5) Issue non-conformance report when any non-conformance is detected in the product or process. 6) Ensure any non-conformance detected is escalated to the right level using proper and designated channels or methods. 7) Ensure non-conformance products are properly determined and segregated. 8) Maintain and follow-up on all quality records. 9) Ensure that all measuring equipment is properly used, stored and maintained.
