-Manage a large number of incoming calls -Handle incoming / outgoing mails/correspondence. -Manage the filing system and logs. -Arrange for the prompt delivery of documents required to be sent back to the head office. -Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication. -Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools. -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the times’ limits. -Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. -Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
