Sales Executive – Selangor – Heritage Forte Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities
– Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make a sale
– Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via
telephone calls and emails
– cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
– Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closong sales
– gathering market and customer information
– negotiating on price, cost, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
– advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
– liasing with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
– attending a meeting and tender briefing

Knowledge and Skills
– Good communication, customers service and writing skills
– Able to communicate complex technical issues with good presentation skills
– Excellent organization, communication and problem solving
– Good enterpersonal skills
– Priority is given to the knowledge in ICT & general trading
– Tech savvy and strong interest in ICT
