Regetta Canoe (RC) is a brand for shoes, originated from Osaka, Japan. It is gaining popularity worldwide especially in Asia as there are huge demands for comfortable and yet functional soles for proper foot care for work or leisure. Looking for suitable candidates to join our Retail Sales Team
Regetta Canoe has debuted in Malaysia in Pavilion KL on 1 June 2016 and in 1Utama in July 2016. In March 2017, the 3rd Outlet @ MyTown Shopping Centre in Malaysia has opened!.
We are actively recruiting positive and suitable candidates for the RC outlets.

– Candidates with relevant experience and prior supervisory experience shall be considered with priority.

Requirements:
– Lively and love customer service
– Can speak English
– Independent and honest
– Task and Sales oriented

Remuneration Package:
– Basic Salary: min. RM2k and above
– Commission (Group & Personal) : dependent on sales generated and upon hitting min.
contribution (after 1st month of contract probation)
– Attendance, Transport and Meal allowance: up to RM300 (subjected to T&C)
– Annual Leave , Medical Credits etc. (upon passing probation)

Working Requirements:
– Work in Shift work (8/10/12 hours shift)
– 6 days Work Week
– Min. 60hours work/week (include meal hours i.e. working ~54hrs/wk)
– To work on weekends and public holidays (best time for sales)
