1.To Prepare yearly business plan for the hotel
2.To plan and implement 4M Strategy (Manpower/Material/Money/Method)
3.To plan yearly capital expenditure according to financial budget allocation and needs
4.To motivate and maintain team spirit and morale among all employees.
5.To study market trends and customer needs and take immediate proactive steps.

Requirements;
-Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management /Tourism or a related discipline.
-Few years working experience,preferably with cross functional roles at the operation level
-Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Strong leadership style and mature personality with good interpersonal,communication and presentation skills with an analytical mind.
