Job Responsibilities: • To establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, provide pre-sales & post-sales technical assistance, service & support and monthly report summary. • Meeting up with customers for the provision of engineering solutions & services and training that in accordance to the customers’ requirement and product specification with the objective to promote for MayAir Brand. • Responsible to handle customer enquiries and handle customer request for quotations and orders with technical drawing. • Attend to customers’ meeting and involve in discussion, proposal as well as presentation as and when it is required according to customers’ requests. • Ensure effective correspondence and accurate communication of technical information between customers and production team. • Assist in collecting, analysing, summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends that are relating to market intelligence studies. • Generate and pres
