RESTAURANT MANAGER – Delicious Food & Beverage

Job Summary An experienced Restaurant Manager to ensure all daily restaurant activities run at the acceptable speed and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations, a good understanding of what makes an exemplary customer service and deliver great dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities 1. Organize and supervise work shifts 2. Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff 3. Keep detailed records of daily sales and other relevant reporting. 4. Arrange new employees’ onboarding programs 5. Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations 6.
