“Mystery Shopping is an evaluation method that is practiced since the 1940’s by companies or firms to find out how their products and services are received and thought by their customers. In Mystery Shopping, it involves Mystery Shopper posing as a regular customer evaluating products and services provided by the company.” We would like to notify you that we are embarking on a project that involves Luxury Retailers and requires matured individuals to conduct an evaluation for a designated retailer within Malaysia. This is a part-time job that takes up 1-2 hours depending on the retailer/dealership/outlet assigned. We will brief mystery shoppers before the mystery shopping exercise.
