Job Function / Summary
Responsible for managing and running the day-to-day car park operations and activities.
Responsibilities
• To receive intensive training covering the principles of operations and management in retail industry.
• To be trained to manage day-to-day car park operation to meet corporate objective.
• On-the job training on people management.
• To handle and resolve customer complaints and any ad-hoc operational matters arising from landlord and parkers.
• Monitor and conduct human resource planning and allocation for the relevant car park.
• To do bank in of collection/revenue and prepare revenue reports on daily basis.
• Monitor and continuously adhere to the Quality System Processes through liaison with immediate superior.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
Pre-requisites Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a degree holder with CGPA 3.0 and above from recognized University.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Possess own transport.
• Comfortable working during weekends and public holidays.
• Self motivated and good attitude.
• Fresh graduates and those with less than two (2) years working experiences are strongly encouraged to apply.
Range Of Salary from 1500 and above
