JOB VACANCY POSITION – EXPORT EXECUTIVE LOCATION – BAYU TINGGI, KLANG SALARY – RM 2500-3500 Documentation – requirement – Place export booking with Shipping Agent – Prepare shipping instruction & bill of lading – Understand Sailing Schedule, container size & capacity, booking confirmation, shipping instruction, Shipper’s invoice & packing list, Bill of Lading & Etc – Know how to prepare/deal with third party for all shipping certificate, Fumigation Cert, CPC Inspection, Trade document (Co/Form D,E,AJEP,ANZ,AI…..etc), Insurance cover note and etc. – Understand Port System – Understand Export Process (Shipping/Customs Clearance/Haulage/Transport) are advantage – Understand incoterms Customer Services – requirement – Attend enquiry to Customer, update sailing schedule to customer, follow up with customer for booking, & handle customers’ matter – Able to understand requirement from shippers, shipping agents & destination authority – Know
