Job Description – Manage & Handle Customer Enquiry SMS , Whatapps, dan Phone Call. – Manage order – Self-driven individual with a positive attitude. – Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). – Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. – To attend product inquiry by customers – Key in customer’s order and prepare sales documentation – Communicate effectively with relevant departments regarding customer’s order
