JOB DETAILS
Main Duties and Responsibilities Handling customer enquiries Handling incoming telephone calls Serving walk-in customers Registration of Customer Data Key-in of Customer Data Serving Existing Customers to the Safe Deposit Box Daily checking cells finger scanner on hourly basis Restart the whole system daily in the morning to ensure good and smooth operation Any other duties that assigned by immediate superior / assistant from time to time. Minimum Resource Requirements: Spoken: English; Chinese / Bahasa Malaysia Fresh Graduate are welcome (No Experience Required) Minimum SPM Qualification Computer skills required (Microsoft Word / Office) Product training required Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM 1 Off Day Per Week Require to work on Weekend and Public Holidays Replacement of Public Holiday equivalent to an extra Off Day Working Location: Serdang Raya Job Type: Full-time
