Job Descriptions : -Reviews quality of work performed by the sales team through performing inbound and outbound calls as well as to other telecommunication media(chats, email) to the existing stakeholders and clients -Educate and give an explanation to the stakeholders/clients on the transaction process/products and services of the company whenever it is necessary -Build and maintain a good relationship with the existing stakeholders/clients by providing excellent services to the clients and stakeholders.
