Accounts Assistant (1x) • Handle Full Set Accounts • Processing billings, invoices, payment processing via the issuance of cheques/bank transfers • Handle travel arrangement for Director and Office Staff • Process employee payroll and EPF • Maintain a documented system of HR records, polices and procedures • Manage office lease-related matters • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents • General office administration and ad-hoc activities as and when required Requirements • Possess at least Professional Certificate in Accounting and/or any equivalent or higher qualification. • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field will be an advantage. • Bilingual in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications • Immediate availability preferred
