Our client was established in Malaysia since the year 2006. Based in Bukit Tinggi Klang located very near to Northport & Westpost. The Strategic location enables to monitor in-going and out-going shipments effortlessly. Currently in the expansion and seeking for talents to join the organization. Position: Account Executive Location: Bukit Tinggi, Batu Nilam, Klang. Responsibilities: • To be responsible for the accounting functions and ensuring timely submission of documents to the Accountant for processing • To prepare the monthly balance sheet schedule and audit schedule • To liaise with auditor and tax agent • To handle invoice and payment processing of Accounts Payables & Account Receiving (AP & AR ) • To prepare reports and reconciliation schedules for AP & AR • To assist in Inventory related functions and reports compilation • To assist in daily & ad-hoc finance activities including billing and data entry Requirements: • Min Diploma in Accounting or Finance
