To assist the F&B Manager in maintaining the image of the resort and increasing its sales (from preparation through to service).
To ensure all guest’s satisfaction are met by providing efficient and quality service which will enhance the resort’s reputation for excellence service.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Be a host and communicate with guests
• Organise the F&B team: their tasks, schedules and information meetings
• Assist the F&B Manager in staff management: recruitment, training, evaluation and promotion
• Take full responsibility for F&B during allocated shifts
• Achieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of service.
• Participation and input towards F & B Marketing activities.
• Control of cutlery, glassware, linen and equipment.
• To supervise and co-ordinate daily operation of meeting/banquet set-ups and service.
• Maintain records for inventory, labour cost, food cost etc.
• To assist in menu planning and pricing.
• Ensure compliance to relevant law and regulations in terms of hygiene, food preparation, safety and environment
• Liaise on an on-going basis with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure all client needs and requirements will be met.
• Dealing with customer complaints.
The Candidate:-
• Diploma and above
• Min 2 years’ experience in relevant supervisory position
• Must be willing to work shifts
• Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer Literate
• Dynamic , good analytical skill and result oriented
Salary shall commensurate with experience.
Salary Range:- RM1800.00 – RM 2400.00
