Personal Assistant – Kuala Lumpur – Shizam Management Services Sdn Bhd

* Handle day to day secretarial and administrative matters (including correspondences, faxes, mails, calls, enquiries, meeting arrangements, invitations)
* Manage all incoming calls, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages and provide information to callers effectively through professional telephone etiquette
* Provide secretarial work i.e. writing minutes and focal point for meeting arrangements and other administrative / personal matters
* Coordinates travel arrangements i.e itinerary, air ticket, hotel
* Maintain department files, records and various documents throughefficient filing system in systematic manner and ensure all records are easy to retrieve
* Manage office administrative matters such as stationery, pantry items, meeting room arrangements, staffs leave and medical leave, claims and etc
* Record all incoming and outgoing mails in a log book on daily basis
* Undertake other related duties when required and as assigned by the superior from time to time
* Require to handle MD personal matters from arranging personal events, family matters etc.

Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma in Secretarial, office Administration or any related field
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Possess own vehicle
* Pleasant personality, ambitious, resourceful and result oriented
* A team player, self-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently with all level of management and staff
* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Meticulous and detail
* Fast in action, proactive, handy and flexible
* Willing to work beyond office hours.
* Excellent organisational skills and systematic in doing filing
* Computer literate and good in MS Word and Excel
