Job Description
• To conduct and monitor the polymerization process in poly line
(It includes: Feed I, Polymerization, Chemical Treatment, Stripping the Product,
Conditioning, Condensate Stripping, etc)
• To carry out the works according to the Batch Card Safety.
• To fill Batch card in the correct and proper manner.
• To ensure that their activities do not disturb or cause any problem for the company and also for the environment.
• To carry out the works according to the Safety and Work Instructions of Production Department.
• To carry out the order from superior.
• To lead all operations of Production 2 when the Production Supervisor / Shift Leader are absent.
• To issue or control issuing of Work Permits and Work Orders to Maintenance Department thus ensuring maintenance personnel to execute their work in production area safety

QUALIFICATION
• Education: High School
• Working Experience: 5 years experience in industry and DCS system
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical process and equipments as Polymerisation, Stripping, Pump, Heat Exchanger, Reactor, etc

Salary RM2300 – 3600
