Customer Service – Kuala Lumpur – Achieve Group

Answer inbound calls from the customers.
Attend to customers enquiries through mail.
Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
Identify and resolve customer’s problem and complaints
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Grduate -Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any field.
Experience in eCommerce Customer Service / Call Centre would be an added advantage.
