Customer Service Agent – Kuala Lumpur – Brandt International Sdn Bhd

We are looking for Customer Service Agent to interface with customers via inbound phone calls for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services.
Salary Package : RM 2200 + RM 200 (mandarin speaking allowance) = RM2,400
Contract Type : 6 months Contract and convert to permanent
Working hrs: 2 shifts(8am – 5pm & 1pm – 10pm) – Rotational (Mon – Sun)

1. SPM leaver
2. Not necessary fluent in English and Malay
3. Must be a MANDARIN Speaker
4. Credit in SPM for Mandarin subject – no required to do assessment

One Month Training (2 weeks classroom and 2 weeks buddy)
During Training (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6pm)
