Cancer Therapy (CTH) Clusters Business Manager – Siemens – Selangor – Malaysia

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Business Management
Responsible to drive in-country contacts/ sales channels to meet business line goals.
Provide business reviews/ target attainment status to line and business area management.
Manage deal escalations strategically to meet order & profitability targets.
Ensure funnel adequacy & accuracy are maintained.
Drive product value and keep up to date with competitive activates in market.
Pre & Post-Sales Support
Enable, train & support country product & sales teams with product portfolio.
Customer product presentation, tender response, and configuration quote support.
Product marketing and support of new product launches.
Customer Relationship & Market Development
Work with country teams to assess and identify new opportunities for growth in CTH portfolio, particularly market for MR in RT.
Assess organization & infrastructure, seek to develop if necessary.
Work with regional & country teams to implement market development strategy.

Your qualifications and experiences:
University degree level education or higher.
Experience in sales and/or product management in healthcare market.
Knowledge of complex market/ channel structures.
Leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Clinical experience in diagnostic imaging/ radiation oncology is an advantage.
Working Location: Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Philippines/ Singapore/ Thailand/ Vietnam
