Performs general administration duties
To maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Hardworking, multi-tasking and proactive. Self-motivated with high level of integrity.
To assist in data entries, updates and to ensure proper maintenance of documentation and records and filling according to procedures and process.
To perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required, committed and able to work independently.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/Diploma or higher, any field.
