Admin Asst Cum Receptionist – Kuala Lumpur – KL Platform Support Services Sdn Bhd

A secretary or administrator provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses throughout industry.

Minimum Requirements:
– Female
– Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma any fields / working experience
– Can read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. .
– Familiar with the internet, Email, Words & Excel
– At least 1 year working experience
– Must be willing to travel and work in Sentul East
– Able to work with minimal supervision
– Salary depending on experience and qualification (RM1300-RM1500)
– Pleasant and good working attitude
– Can start work immediately.
– Must be punctual and comply to the working hours

Area of Responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming and outgoing calls / documents
2. Maintaining proper filing and administrative documents
3. Able to assist operation to prepare letters, report, updating data into system and ad-hoc task given.
4. Able to work independently for ad-hoc task given.
5. Issuing of office stationary
6. General office admin /maintenance
7. Booking of flights
8. Handling other important administrative work
