Admin Assistant – Selangor – RMS Recovery Associates Sdn Bhd

RESPONSIBILITY
1) Assist in administrative works and accounts
2) Dealing with faxes, emails and letters, delivering documents, organizing and updating files, coordinate maintenance and service of office equipment (printer, photocopier and fax machine) and any other ad-hoc assignments
3) Handle all

REQUIREMENTS
1) DIPLOMA holder in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Business Study & Management or equivalent
2) Candidate with 1-2 years hands on experience in administrative management and accounts
3) Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both in written and spoken
4) Good communication and interpersonal.
5) Able to work independently, fast learner and resourceful
6) Ability to work on own initiatives and to operate under tight schedules and deadlines
7) Computer literate and well versed in MS Office applications.
8) can work over time if required
9) Preferably Malay (Female) / good looking

1) Salary: RM1300 – RM1500 / month (Commensurate with experience)
