Admin Assistant – Selangor – Influx Services Sdn Bhd

Influx Services performance oriented company on managing services and facilities for high rise condominium. We are looking for suitable candidates to join us at Cheras, Kepong and Puchong.
As Adminstrative Assistant you will be expected to act as part of the management team and as such your job will involve you in supporting other members of the team from time to time. You job is to perform basic administrative to enable the Building Executive or Manager to concentrate on more complex tasks.

Duties included:
– Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters;
– Answering general queries by telephone;
– Handling Daily collection;
– Handling complaints from residents;
– Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files;
– Assisting Building Executive/Manager as necessary;
– Ensure compliance of Strata Title, Building & Common Property Act with Building By-Laws/ Tenant’s Handbook;
– Undertaking any other task/duties as may be required from time to time.

These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the role will be subject to consultation.
