Human Resource Officer – Kuala Lumpur – Ime Global Holdings Sdn Bhd

IME Global Holdings Sdn Bhd, a diversified group of companies is looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our small dynamic team and to carry out a range of activities supporting the administration and the day-to-day operations of the group HR function.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collating and managing the monthly payroll process.
• Ensure all employment changes such as starters and leavers are processed in time to meet payroll deadlines.
• Ensure all variable changes such as pro-rata payments, overtime, bonuses and deductions are input in time to meet payroll deadlines.
• Ensuring the human resources reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supporting the team in recruitment including pre-screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• To quickly grasp how the HR IT system operates, maintaining and updating the database.
• Employee files.
• Assisting with employee relations.
• Supporting employee communications.
• Assisting with compensation and benefits administration and record keeping.
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

SKILLS
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory deductions administration.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken in English).
• Excellent people skills; able to interact with people at all levels in the organization.
• Committed, conscientious, hardworking individual.
• Comfortable working as part of a team or individually.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years’ experience working as HR officer.
• An understanding of the role of HR and the key HR operational functions.
• Degree or Diploma Holders.
