Assistant Chief Cashier – Trend Matrix Enterprises Sdn Bhd

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1- Handling all the cash / debit/ credit transaction.
2- Audit daily cash accounts.
3- Complying with company SOP, rules and regulations.
4- Ensuring that the money has been counted correctly and that the fiscal deals have been settled properly by the cashiers working under his/her supervision.
5- Complete customer returns when needed
6- Administrating and overseeing check-out stations on a daily basis.
7- Supervising the cash flow for each register counter.
8- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports
9- To handle staff schedule.
10- Assist / oversee opening & closing duties
11- Report to management any product shortages
12- Complete Incident Reports in your area when needed
13- To maintain good relationship with subordinates and customers.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1- SPM or Diploma or any equivalent certificate.
2- Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday.
3- At least 1 -2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4- Prior experience as a supervisor is preferred but not necessary.
5- Prior experience as a cashier is preferred
6- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers but especially with customers.
7- Must be able to make quick decisions benefiting the customer and Launch Trampoline Park.
1- SPM or Diploma or any equivalent certificate
