Requirements
• Female
• Above 23 to 28 years of age.
• Must Process Diploma, LCCI or any Professional accounting certificate.
• Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in related field.
Responsibilities
• To generate daily sales order, sales invoice and delivery order.
• To coordinate with Storekeeper to ensure all orders are sorted out and pack for delivery daily.
•To monitor and follow up accounts receivable/debtor account .
• To generate bi-weekly report on accounts receivable status.
• To monitor credit control for all debtors and maintain credit approval documentation.
• To undertake stock take with the assistance of storekeeper when required.
• Maintain an efficient filing system
Attributes
• Can work independently and is a fast learner.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed in completing work assignment on time.
• High discretion in handling confidential information.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organisation skills and highly meticulous to details.
• Ability to operate MS office applications and accounting software.
• Able to easily interact with anyone.
Remuneration Package
• Basic salary RM 2,300 – RM 2,800 negotiable
