KITCHEN CREWS – Absolute Bonanza

1. Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties 2. Label and stock all ingredients on shelves and organized them 3. Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking 4. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. 5. Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc. 6. Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc. 7. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out garbage etc. 8. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly 9. Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards 10. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Requirements 1. Proven experiences as Prep Cook 2. Ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils 3. A team player 4. Able to work at speed
