Job Description
(Location: Penang and Teluk lntan)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify good and regular customer by providing a high standard of customer service in order to generate repeated visits
Encourage customers to enjoy themselves at the gaming slots by letting customers know of current promotions and events
Report any incidents and provide customer feedback to superior
Other ad hoc duties added from time to time
Requirement and Benefits
Experience in the field of casino hospitality and customer service industry. Fresh graduate are encourage to

Aged between 21 to 35 years
Good basic salary, monthly commission, meal allowance, medical benefits and other benefits, etc
Uniform and Training will be provided
Willing to work on shift scheduling
Return air ticket once a year for candidates from Sabah & Sarawak (Subject to terms and conditions). Hostel will be provided
