Case Manager – Ombudsman for Financial Services

Job Description
Position Objective:
To undertake resolution of complaints and
disputes filed by financial consumers against
financial service providers.

Candidate must possess a degree (preferably in law or financial related); and preferably at least 5 years experience in insurance and/or banking industry.
Strong knowledge on financial industry
Certification with Malaysian Mediation
Centre (MMC) is an added advantage.
PC literate and proficient in MS Office (words, Excel, Power Point)
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and efficiently
Dynamic and outcome driven
