Responsibilities: • Be a problem solver, entrusted with handling customer’s enquiries and feedback to achieve win-win situation. • Managing various customers orders in the various internal systems. • To generate weekly / monthly customer report. • Play an integral role in communicating the needs and enquiries about the repair progress between customers and internal operation team. • To coordinate and prepare with internal members for customers visit and audit. • Responsible to monitor the progress of customers order / PO / Quotation / Contracts. Requirements: • Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline • At least 2 – 3 yrs experience in customer engagement. • Speak/Written in B,Malaysia, English & Mandarin (To communicate with China Client) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good track record in customer services is preferred (Customer Oriented) • Aggressive, self motivated, possess initiative and able
