Data Modeler, Research and Client Insights –

The Role Responsibilities
Design client samples for surveys through analysis of client revenue and contact data
Coordinate with business stakeholders to finalise client sample selection (developing tools to track vs KPIs and to improve automation of the process)
Ensure sample objectives are met in terms of breadth of network coverage, number of respondents, etc
Track progress of surveys when in-field, developing tools to communicate status to business users
Lead the data analysis and macro building, creating solutions to improve the efficiency of how we work
Monitor achievement of research goals by compiling stats and reports for business managers to ensure that surveys meet the response targets and demographics that we have set
Develop analysis models and materials to share research results with countries and business heads
For 3rd party surveys, manage the taxonomy mapping tables that link Standard Chartered’s core client list to client naming conventions in use within external partners. Work with these vendors to ensure that their surveys deliver sufficient focus on our key clients
