Job Description 1. Actively establish new business through social media, networking, email, WhatsApp, etc. 2. Organizing sales visits with potential clients, listen to their wishes and concerns. 3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services. 5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 6. Maintaining accurate sales records & sales report. 7. Reviewing sales performance & KPI. 8. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. 9. Collaborate with team to achieve better results. Requirements 1. Excellent interpersonal skills. 2. Commercial awareness. 3. Independent, hardworking. 4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 5. Fast learner and passion for sales. 6. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. 7. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 8. No work experience required. 9. SPM, Diploma/Degree or equivalent. 10. Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 11. Preferably *Bumiputra *.
