JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities: – Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs – Provide consultation to walk-in customers & secure sales accordingly – Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns – Handle all online enquiries – Update self product knowledge from time to time – Conduct product presentation via FB Live – Ensure the availability of stock for sales – Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams – Handle after-sales issue & concern from customer side – Follow up actively on pending enquiries Requirements: – Min. Qualification: SPM or above – Experienced in one of the following industries product selling: > Security Door > Smart Lock > Safety Box > Smart Home System > Home & Commercial Security System & Products > Home Furniture > Hardware Products – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well – Proactive & res
