Purchasing Assistant – Selangor – Secret Recipe Cakes & Cafe

• Responsible for purchase administration and order processing using systems.
• Develop new suppliers, request sample for production to test, negotiate pricing & terms etc.
• Compare supplies example: pricing, delivery on time & good service.
• To ensure the order come in on time in order production to run smoothly.
• To ensure all records of goods ordered and received.
• To cancel the Purchase Requisition if the stock in warehouse is still high.
• Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery.
• To hold the delivery if the quality are not accepted.
• To make claims against supplier if the goods supply from them are rejected by our customer.
• Assist the Buyer in project costing reports.
• Liaise with Account Department on payment matters.

Job Requirements
• Able to converse in Mandarin (liase with supplier in China)
• Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply
