Office Administrator cum Secretary – Navaratnam Chambers

Job Description:
1. Provide a complete secretarial and administrative support function
2. Manage and coordinate partners’ electronic diary and schedule
3. Manage hardcopy and electronic files and records and maintain filing system
4. Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
5. Answer and screen telephone calls and manage enquiries or escalate to the relevant partner
6. Maintain the flow of information to internal and external stakeholders
7. Maintain office supply inventory and other additional supplies as required
8. Coordinate and implement office processes and procedures
9. On the job training provided

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Good word-processing skills and IT-savvy
3. Highly organised and proactive
4. Good attention to detail
5. Possess initiative and integrity
6. Strong organizational skills and good problem-solving abilities
7. Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
8. Able to work independently and also as a team
9. Able to multitask and prioritise daily workload
10. Possess own transport
11. Demonstrable working experience in a similar environment preferred
12. Preference given to applicants who can start work immediately
13. Salary to commensurate with relevant experience
