Requirements: – The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in product knowledge and sales environment. – Diploma or Degree in any fields. – 1-2 years sales and marketing experiences will be an added advantage. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. – Customer service oriented and organized. – Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents. Job Responsibilities: The Sales Executive will be responsible to maintains and services existing customers and assists in developing new business where opportunities occur. Main Responsibilities – Responsible for achieving direct sales results within Klang Valley & Perak, product line or group of accounts, by contacting established customers and developing new prospects. – To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual profitability and performance standards. – Handles a heavy and demanding workload where the product may be highly specialized, the market undeveloped or underdeveloped, the sales target high or the competition tough. – To stay abreast of all customers’ issues and follow up for meeting customers’ expectation. – Works independently but progress is checked at fairly intervals. – Refers serious or complicated problems to the Managing Director. – Required to travel a lot within respective sales territory. – Other special task as per instructed by Managing Director.
