Job : *JAPANESE SPEAKING ADMIN & EXPATS SUPPORT* Location: Petaling Jaya & Johor Bahru Salary : RM4000 – RM6000 *MUST HAVE* Fluent in Japanese (N2) and English -Expertise in MS Office(Word, Excel and Power Point) -Translator or Interpreter and experience working Japanese company -Having own vehicle *OTHERS/ADVANTAGES* Open minded, self motivated and a proactive person *RESPONSIBILITIES* Translation of Emails and documents -Easy interpretation in meeting and small conference -Prepare required documents, quote on procurement of Engineering department. -Liaise with PIC in Japan HQ such as cost, requesting approval, various update etc. -Liaise with Visa agency for Japanese expats. -Take care of Business travelers, check their schedule and booking support.
