Responsibilities: -Content creation and review – writing and/or editing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials and additional material. -Community relations – assist with customer support & responding to individuals in a professional manner, coordinating solutions, and managing online feedback. -Assisting the execution of various daily tasks in multiple digital marketing channels: PPC, Facebook/IG, Email, content marketing and more. -Assistance with day-to-day management of social media channels and online branding initiatives. -Daily KPI reporting and marketing analytics
