(Requirements:) – Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field – At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position, preferred in sizable retail companies – Candidate with strong Malaysian Labour Law will be added advantage – Able to work independently, aggressive and self-starter – Required language (s) : Mandarin (Responsibilities:) – Set and enforced HR policies – Assist in the end to end recruitment process including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting an interview – Update staff movement and prepare & submit all relevant letters/ documents – Payroll – Monthly payroll execution and other payroll-related activities including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS and etc – Orienting new employees to the organization – Manage employee engagement activities – Handle employee relation
