Monitor, record and manage attendance and leave. Coordinate recruitment, induction, and resignation. Coordinate and manage staff training needs and staff welfare. Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and strategies. Keep track of foreign workers’ renewal of permits, passports as well as other licenses. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Constantly give ideas for Department enhancement.
