Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Preferable in finance or e-commerce) Language: Portuguese and English College degree or above; proficient in one of the following languages including Portuguese with a fluency in English (or Mandarin) at the same time. Candidates must hold relevant language level certificate. Responsibilities: Handle customers’ inquiries, advice and suggestions Respond promptly for customers requests for service and assistance and communicate with service providers in order to co-ordinate assistance to customer Complete work assigned by the company on time or escalate to colleague (s) working the following shift. Work in conjunction with the team and management to meet performance goals.
