Job Responsibilities: • Attract potential customers by answering about the services the company provides, suggesting information about other services • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution • Answer large amount of incoming calls • Assist with administrative tasks when needed Job Requirements: • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent • At least 3-5 years of experience in customer support • Excellent communication • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively • Besides Bahasa Malaysia and English, the candidate must be able to converse in Mandarin as he/she needs to deal with Mandarin speaking clients • Based in Johor
