Job Description:
1. Preparing, drafting, analysing and reviewing numerous agreements i.e Sales & Purchase agreements, Business Contracts and Acquisition agreements.
2. Preparing SPA and Loan documentation.
3. Attending clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. LLB and/or qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of post qualification xperience.

2. Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Good command of writer and spoken both English and Bahasa Melayu.
