Requirements -Passionate in the role and consistently looking for improvement opportunities to upgrade oneself and strive to achieve more -Active listener & a Team Player -Proficient in the use of computers -Pleasant personality and able to handle stress -Those with solid call center background will be considered first -Good language proficiency on English, Malay (required) & Chinese is an added advantage -Customer orientated with good interpersonal & communication skills -Strong & proven problem solving skills Responsibility -Proactively making outbound calls to solicitate business for the company (Sales) -Handle & resolve incoming calls -Perform required verification & qualifying customer -Ensure all channel of communications are used wisely in accordance to company’s SOP Benefits Annual leave 14 days per annum EPF SOCSO Attractive commission Monday to Friday
