Candidates for the post of Customer Support Executive is required to:
-Do sales and liaise with customer in answering their enquiries
-Respond to customers enquiries through calls, email, chat and FB
-Be very knowledgeable of the product and services of Maideasy to satisfactorily answer all questions posed by the customer
-Maintain customer records by updating accounts information
-Resolve customer complaints by clarifying and rectifying any issues brought about by the customer
-Contribute in terms of knowledge and experience to expand the quality of customer service provided by the company
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
– 2 year(s) of working experience in sale and marketing field is an advantage.
– Required skill(s): Good communication with customers and management, Computer literate, Customer Service skill, Interpersonal and Quality System
– Highly motivated and able to work well under pressure.
– Pleasant personality and able to interact well with all levels.
– Customer – oriented and excellent communication skills.
– Possess initiative and able to work independently.
– Good working attitude and characteristic is needed.
– Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday(5 working days)
Salary: RM 3 000 per month
