The candidate must undergo 12 weeks training which will cover from Management to Operation Department before they were appointed to specific position.
Job Description :
1. Deliver product training and presentation to operation staff
2. Develop sales/collection and marketing presentation and collateral
3. Develop new training syllabus to add value for staff under operation
4. Support team indirectly to meet collection target
6. Excellent rapport building skill
7. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
Job requirements :
1.Candidate must possess diploma / degree preferably in any field
2. A passion to train people
3.Previous training experiences is an added advantage
4. Active in curriculum during studies.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
6. Age between 24 and above.
Salary Range: RM 1 800 – RM 2 000 per month
