Customer Service Representative – Johor – Merison Marketing Sdn Bhd

To ensure that all customer orders flow through the Order, Shipping, Billing (OSB) process and match customer expectations on price, quantity, promotion, brand and timing.

– To be the key communication link with both internal and external customers when expectations are not met.
– To ensure that all accounting receivable and outstanding are maintained in a clear, proper and timely manner.
– Support the daily needs of buyers and sellers on a wide variety of queries of through different communication channels, eg: email and phone.
– Provide timely and accurate resolution to customers and sellers queries that can lead to customers’ satisfaction
– Able to multi task and work effectively in highly stressful environment.
