Restaurant Supervisor – Kuala Lumpur – Pekan Station Sdn Bhd

Responsible to implement our restaurants policies and procedures, and will participate in achieving our revenue objectives as well as to manage the staff and our operation as a whole.

Working Hour : 6.00 pm 1.00 am
1. Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
2. Confirm orders, provides change, balances drawer, processes cash transactions and keep proper cash/sales report
3. Train and supervise staff’s attendance, work behavior and work compliance.
4. Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
5. Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
6. Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
7. Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
8. Guarantee customer satisfaction and address customers’ feedback and/or complaints.
9. Maintain safe and clean working conditions
